
Chiefs Acquire Defenseman

Spokane Chiefs News Release
The Spokane Chiefs have acquired defenseman Bruin McDonald from the Prince George Cougars in exchange for a conditional sixth round draft selection in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft.
The 18-year-old McDonald has played 107 games in parts of three seasons with the Cougars, including a career high 53 last year when he registered three goals and 10 points. The Coquitlam, BC native was originally a seventh round selection in the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft.
McDonald will join the Chiefs at their Annual Fall Camp on Thursday, August 26th at the Spokane Arena. Camp, and the Red-White Scrimmage on Sunday, August 29th at 1:00 pm, will be free and open to the public.
