Pride Announce Upcoming Promotions

(NASHUA, N.H. - August 21, 2008) Nashua Pride officials have announced the promotions schedule for this week's upcoming home stand.

Friday, Aug 22nd: DCU Back to School Night - It's that time of year again, and everyone is getting ready to go back to school. So in the spirit of school shopping, the Pride and Digital Credit Union will give the first 750 fans through the gates a free Pride Lunch Box Cooler.

Saturday, Aug 23rd: Dunkin Donuts Cystic Fibrosis Night & Fireworks - The Pride invites their fans to join Dunkin Donuts and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) to recognize and help people effected by Cystic Fibrosis with Cystic Fibrosis Benefit Night. Half of the proceeds from tickets purchased through CFF will go to Cystic Fibrosis research. After the game, Atlas PyroVision Pyrotechnics will shoot of a spectacular fireworks display!

Sunday, Aug 24th: Girl Scout Day - Girl Scout Troops from across New England will join the Pride for a night of fun and baseball.

Monday, Aug 25th: Pride Fortune Cookies - The first 500 fans to come through the gates will receive a Pride Fortune Cookie! Break up the cookie and find a special Pride fortune to redeem throughout the ballpark.

Tuesday, Aug 26th: Payday - The Pride will offer concessions discounts on various items throughout the game. Another awesome chance to save some cash at the ballpark!

Wednesday, Aug 27th: 9 Innings of Baseball - Come down to the ballpark and enjoy an old fashioned, competitive nine inning game of baseball between your home town Pride and the Atlantic City Surf, managed by former Major League slugger Cecil Fielder.

Thursday, Aug 28th: Payday and Monkey Boy - The Pride will offer concessions discounts on various items throughout the game. Again, another awesome chance to save some cash! Also, the Nashua Pride's favorite primate, Monkey Boy, will bring his crazy antics back to Historic Holman Stadium for everyone to enjoy.

The Nashua Pride Professional Baseball Club, in its 11th season, provides a fun, affordable, community-based and fan-friendly source of sports entertainment. The 2007 Can-Am League Champions are participating in their third year of play in the Canadian-American Association of Professional Baseball.
