PITTSBURGH - Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (6-3-8) prepares for its fifth home match in its last six games, as it will battle North Carolina FC (9-3-7) at 7 p.m. on Saturday at Highmark Stadium.
Game Notes
This will mark the first meeting of the season between the clubs.
The Hounds carry an unbeaten home record (4-0-5) into this weekend's showdown. Last season on the Fourth of July, the Black and Gold defeated North Carolina, 2-0, at Highmark Stadium.
On the other hand, this will be North Carolina's second match of the week. The squad defeated Loudoun United FC, 3-0, at its home venue this past Wednesday.
