The Bloomington PrairieThunder (18-10-1), coming off their 7-5 victory against the Evansville IceMen on Wednesday night, play two games this weekend starting Friday night at home against the Dayton Gems. The PrairieThunder begins the weekend with 37 points, only one point behind the first place Rapid City Rush. Bloomington still has three games in hand on the first place Rush. Following Friday night's game, Bloomington is on the road at Wichita, Kansas on Saturday night against the CHL's "original" Thunder.
