Tomorrow night join the Portland Pirates Foundation, Pirates players and coaches for the 2007 Evening with the Pirates at the Holiday Inn By the Bay. The event is scheduled from 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. and includes a silent and live auction to benefit the Maine Children's Cancer Program and Portland Pirates Foundation. Auction items for the event will include: airfare and tickets to a Anaheim Ducks game in Anaheim in 2007-08, a Joe Motzko game worn 2007 AHL All-Star jersey, a Cyr Bus trip for 45 fans to a Pirates road game next season, a trip to Nova Scotia courtesy of The CAT, snowboard autographed by Olympian Seth Wescott and more items will be announced tomorrow at www.portlandpirates.com.

LATEST PIRATES NEWS Pirates forward Mark Hartigan is the Pirates Player of the Week. This is the second time this season Hartigan has earned the honor. Hartigan contributed 7 points (2 goals, 5 assists) this past week and helped the Pirates earn five points in the Pirates four games. Hartigan will join "The Morning Jab" on WJAB 1440AM/95.5FM with Shoe and Joe on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. Following the interview, fans will have a chance to win free Pirates tickets.
