Policy Reminder Regarding VIP Entrance and Mask Requirement
October 7, 2021 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Spokane Chiefs News Release
Hockey is back at the Spokane Arena and we are happy to have fans back in the building! Since the 2019-20 season, there have been a few changes that the Spokane Arena has implemented, so we are sending this reminder to hopefully alleviate confusion at your next game.
First, the northwest VIP entrance will be reserved only for members of the Moss Adams Club and those who have tickets in any of the Spokane Arena Private Suites. This entrance will not be open to the general public, except one doors which will be open to the general public 90 minutes prior to game time for those interested in dining at the Dry Fly Restaurant. When doors open at all entrances (including main), only suite and club members will be permitted entrance through the NW entrance, per Arena security.
Spokane Chiefs Season Ticket Holders (who are not suite or club ticket holders) will have their own entrance at the main doors of the Arena. The Season Ticket Holder Entrance will be the door closest to the box office and will offer Chiefs Ticket Package holders an exclusive entrance to streamline entering the building. We hope to mark this entrance more vividly in the coming weeks to help direct appropriately.

Please wear face masks at all time inside the building
Effective as of August 23, face coverings are required for all guests and employees regardless of vaccination status per state order. This requirement applies at all times inside the building, with the only exception being when fans are actively eating or drinking. We need your help to meet this requirement and continue to operate at full capacity.
Children younger than five years old are exempt from the mask requirement but it is strongly recommended that children ages 2-4 wear a face covering if possible.

We hope you enjoyed our opening weekend and we look forward to seeing you at the Spokane Arena this season.
