Pitchers Highlight Bullfrogs League-Best Six All Star Selections

The Bullfrogs are proud to announce that a league-most six players from the 2012 team have been invited to play in the 2012 Northwoods League all star game.

Five players from Green Bay's league leading pitching staff were named to the All Star Team. The staff has been led by Bradley Wallace (Arkansas State), whose 1.29 ERA leads the Northwoods League as of July 13.

Starting pitchers Bryce Bellin (Minnesota State), Zak Hermans (Princeton), Taylor Black (Texas State), and closer Will Landsheft (Drury) are among the other Bullfrogs pitchers to be named to the Northwoods League South Division All Star team.

Infielder Justin Seager (UNC Charlotte) was the lone Bullfrogs position player to be given All Star honors. Seager leads the Bullfrogs in RBIs with 31, and his 18 doubles lead all of the Northwoods League.

The Bullfrogs' six all stars is tied with the Duluth Huskies for most in the Northwoods League.
