Come on out to the Civic Center this Saturday night and witness what should be an intense maritime battle between the hometown Pirates and the visiting Norfolk Admirals.

The State Farm Teddy Bear Toss will take place and fans are encouraged to bring a teddy bear to toss on the ice when the Pirates score their first goal! All bears will be donated to local charities in advance of the holiday season. Fans can also make a donation of $5 or more to Operation Tribute to receive two free tickets to a future Pirates game.

Fans who wish to donate an unwrapped toy will also receive two tickets to a future Pirates game. All toys will be donated to Toys for Tots and WGME's Joy of Sharing campaigns.

Tickets for the 7 p.m. game are available by visiting ticketmaster.com, by calling 207-775-3458 or by visiting the Cumberland County Civic Center Box Office.

Advance ticket prices are $13 for Quarter Deck, $16 for Main Deck and $17 for Premium Main Deck. Student/Senior pricing is $11 for Quarter or Main Deck tickets and $12 for Premium Main Deck seating. Purchase your tickets in advance and save on the $2 increase on all ticket prices for day of game purchases.

Bruce Roberts Toy Fund Night

Volunteers from the Bruce Roberts Toy Fund raised more than $1,300 and more than 300 unopened toys and books were donated and will be distributed to WGME's Joy of Sharing and Toys for Tots. Fans received a pair of free tickets to a future Pirates game for a cash donation of at least $5 to the Bruce Roberts Toy Fund or a donation of an unopened toy.

The next night for the Pirates Holiday Toy and Donation Drive will take place on Saturday when the Pirates play Norfolk at 7 pm. Make a cash donation of at least $5 to Operation Tribute and receive a pair of tickets to a future Portland Pirates game. All cash donations will go to Operation Tribute to help provide gifts to the children of active military families.

Holiday 6-Packs, presented by Olympia Sports, are back just in time for the holiday season.

Available at the Pirates Office and at the Customer Service Table on game nights from now until January 29th, the plan features six Main Deck Flex Vouchers, a Pirates t-shirt and 20% off any one item at Olympia Sports all for only $59 (valued at $110 if purchased individually). Add two additional Flex Tickets and a Pirates hat for only $20 more.

December Pirates Action

The month of December offers great action on and off the ice for the Pirates. Don't miss these upcoming games:

Tuesday, December 7th: Pirates vs. Worcester. Bobbleheads return!

Be one of the first 2,000 fans into the game and receive bobblehead #1, Jhonas Enroth, presented by UniFirst.

The 5th Annual UNUM Challenge continues between the Pirates and Sharks. At each game in each city, one lucky fan will be chosen from the submitted entrees as the UNUM Challenge Fan of the Game.

Saturday, December 18th: Pirates vs. Manchester. It's another Bud Light Hockey Night in Portland as Five County Credit Union provides a free Pirates T-shirt to the first 1,000 fans. Fans (18 years and older) will have the opportunity to win a chance at $10,000 in cold hard cash! The Pirates will also honor the area's High School Fall Champions and make a donation of $5 or more to the Bruce Roberts Toy Fund or donate an unwrapped toy (to be distributed among Toys for Tots and WGME's Joy of Sharing) and receive two free tickets to a future Pirates game.
