(Peterborough, ON) - The Peterborough Petes will host former Humboldt Broncos team chaplain Sean Brandow as part of Faith Night on Thursday, November 22 at 7:05pm when they welcome the Kingston Frontenacs to the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
In addition to participating in a pre-game ceremony, Brandow will host a post-game discussion. All fans are invited to stay to hear Brandow share the hope that came from the tragedy in Humboldt.
The game is sponsored by GoodLife Fitness, who will be giving fans the chance to win a one year membership and a six month membership.
A second intermission chuck-a-puck will support Operation Christmas Child, with funds being used to purchase items to fill shoeboxes for their annual campaign. Prizes available to be won include a CCM hockey stick, a Tim Horton's gift basket, and a Shopper's Drug Mart gift basket.
The national anthem will be performed by students of St. Catherine Catholic Elementary School.
