Wed., Nov. 26 - Penguins 1 at HERSHEY 2 (SO)
Brian Dumoulin forced overtime with an extra-attacker goal with 50.9 seconds remaining in regulation, but the Bears prevailed in the shootout by a final score of 2-1. Stanislav Galiev's power play goal broke the scoreless tie at 8:53 of the third. Chris Brown provided the deciding tally for Hershey in the fourth round of the shootout.
Sat., Nov. 29 - PENGUINS 1 vs. St. John's 0
Matt Murray made 22 saves in registering his second shutout of the season as W-B/Scranton inched past St. John's, 1-0. Jean Sebastien Dea notched the only goal of the contest, converting on the man-advantage at 3:59 of the third period.
The Week Ahead
Fri., Dec. 5 - PENGUINS vs. Lehigh Valley
The Phantoms currently occupy fourth place in the East with a record of 9-8-2-0, but have played the fewest games of any team in the division. Lehigh Valley has lost five of their last six on the road. Defenseman Brandon Manning has recorded points in eight consecutive games (4G-6A) - tying him for the longest active streak in the AHL.

Sun., Dec. 7 - Penguins at HERSHEY
This weekend's home-and-home series will be a battle for first in the division as the Bears (11-8-1-1) are in second place and just two points behind the Penguins. The Penguins have won seven of their last eight at home versus the Bears, while Hershey has been victorious in eight straight at GIANT Center against W-B/Scranton. In his last four starts, Phillip Grubauer has allowed just six goals and posted two shutouts. The Bears rank first in the AHL on the penalty kill at 91.0% (81-of-89).
