
Pelicans to Host a Cram the Van School Supply Drive

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Pelicans are teaming up with WEAR and United Way to host a "Cram the Van" school supply drive at Pelican Park this Sunday, August 9. Fans that donate school supplies will receive a free hot dog at the game.
Schools supplies needed include: pencils, colored pencils, highlighters, crayons, notebook paper, glue, index cards, and folders with pockets. For a complete list of school supplies needed, visit weartv.com.
It is also Kids Club Sunday. All Pelicans Kids Club members will get in free with their 2009 t-shirt. Memberships are still available for $10.
The Pelicans are currently in first place of the South Division. They will host the Fort Worth Cats, winners of the 1st half of the season through Sunday. And will then host the Grand Prairie Air Hogs through Wednesday, August 12.
