
Paul Hewitt Named G League Coach of the Month

The NBA G League announced today that Ontario Clippers head coach Paul Hewitt has been named Coach of the Month for December 2022. In Hewitt's third season with the Clippers this is his second consecutive Coach of the Month honor. Hewitt is the second G League coach to ever receive back-to-back honors, Mark Daigneault last did so in November and December of 2018 with the OKC Blue.
During the month of December, Hewitt led the team to an 8-3 record and the title of Showcase Cup Champions. The Clippers averaged 108.1 points, 42.5 rebounds, 23.5 assists and 5.1 blocks per game throughout the final month of the Showcase Cup.
