Regina Pats News Release

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats Hockey Club is pleased to announce its on-ice leadership group for the 2012-13 season. Fresh off his return from Houston Aeros Training Camp, defenceman Colton Jobke takes over the Pats captaincy from Brandon Davidson who graduated from the Pats to join the Edmonton Oilers organization this past off-season.

Jobke came to the Pats ahead of the 2011-12 season and was a strong fit scoring 10 goals and adding 19 assists while bolstering a strong blue-line. Now he returns to the Pats as a key piece of a young defence core on and off the ice.

The Pats alternate captains for the 2012-13 season are defenceman Luke Fenske ('93), forward Lane Scheidl ('92) and forward Dyson Stevenson ('93).

Jobke takes to the ice wearing the Captain's 'C' for the first time in tonight's contest against the Red Deer Rebels.
