Bridgewater, NJ- The Somerset Patriots and Long Island Ducks game scheduled for Wednesday evening has been postponed due to rain.
The game will be made up as a double-header in Long Island on Monday, August 18th beginning at 6:05 pm. The double-header will consist of two seven-inning games.
Fans with tickets to Wednesday night's rainout can redeem them for a future Somerset Patriots home game during the 2008 season.
The 2008 Somerset Patriots season presented by Ford will continue on the road until Tuesday, July 29th when the Patriots return to Commerce Bank Ballpark for a 7:05 pm game against the Lancaster Barnstormers. The game includes Sparkee's 10th Birthday Celebration with Sparkee Posters (1st 1,000 Kids).
