Defenceman, Mason Logan was a 5th round pick in the 2009 WHL Bantam Draft and currently plays for the Swift Current Legionnaires of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League.

Regina Pats General Manager, Brent Parker, "We have felt we needed to add a power play defenceman to round out our defensive core. Cody comes from a good program where he was well coached and should be a good addition to our group." Parker continues, "Giving up a good young player like Logan is not ideal, but this is a deal that should benefit both teams at different times."

Cody Carlson will be in the line-up tomorrow night as the Pats will take on the Prince Albert Raiders. It's a 6:35 pre-game show start on 620 CKRM.
