Bridgewater, NJ - The Somerset Patriots defeated the Road Warriors 1-0 at TD Bank Ballpark on Tuesday evening.
The Patriots took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning on an RBI single by Michael Hernandez.
Patriots starter Derell McCall (5-7) pitched seven scoreless innings and allowed just three hits and recorded three strikeouts to pick up the win. Road Warriors starter Chris Little (0-2) suffered the loss, allowing a run in five innings pitched. Ryan Houston earned his tenth save of the season with a scoreless ninth inning pitched.
