
Camden Caps off Wild Comeback

Camden Riversharks News Release
The Riversharks scored four runs in the top of the 9th to complete a monster comeback as they knocked off the Lancaster Barnstormers by the final score of 10-9. Camden was trailing by as many as six runs in the game.
Camden got on top in the first inning against John Halama as Noah Hall and Brian Burgamy connected with RBI singles to make it 2-0 'Sharks.
After tying the game with two runs in the bottom of the first, the Barnstormers exploded for six runs in the 2nd inning against 'Sharks starter Humberto Sanchez highlighted by a three-run home run by Fernando Seguignol.
Sanchez had his worst start of the season allowing eight earned runs on seven hits in just 1.2 innings.
But the 'Sharks never gave up and began to chip away. Brian Burgamy and Jake Eigsti homered in the middle innings to cut the deficit to 9-6.
Jonel Pacheco began the 9th inning rally with a solo home run and Alvin Colina gave the 'Sharks the lead for good with a two-run double that made it 10-9.
