Pacers Assign Poythress to Fort Wayne, Recall Anigbogu from Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Indiana Pacers announced today they have assigned forward Alex Poythress to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, presented by Lutheran Health Network. Center Ike Anigbogu was recalled by Indiana following last night's, 113-110, win against Delaware.
In six games this season with the Mad Ants, Poythress is averaging 20.0 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 33.4 minutes per game. The former two-way player has seen action in 23 games this season with the Pacers and last played on Wednesday in a loss to the Utah Jazz.
Anigbogu scored in double figures in five of his last six games with the Mad Ants, including a new career-high last night with 20 points.
The Mad Ants head to Grand Rapids on Tuesday to take on the Drive at 11 a.m. The game will be streamed on Facebook.
