
Owen McDade Reassigned to the Lumber Kings

Owen McDade has been reassigned to the Pembroke Lumber Kings Tier II. McDade played for the Lumber Kings prior to joining the Generals, scoring 25 points (12 goals, 13 assists) in 53 games played with the team. McDade, a 5'11", 190 lb. centre was drafted to the Oshawa Generals in the third round of the 2012 OHL Priority Selection.
Oshawa Generals General Manager, Roger Hunt says, "Owen needs to go and start playing again this season. We felt this was the best thing for both Owen and the Generals. He remains on our 50-man list."
The Oshawa Generals wish Owen all the best with the Lumber Kings.
