Uncasville, CT - DeWanna Bonner and CBK Mersin began the week with Game 1 of the Turkish League Semifinal series against Ormanspor. CBK Mersin won Game 1, 91-64. Bonner led her team with 30 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block. Two days later, CBK Mersin defeated Ormanspor in Game 2 of the Semifinal series, 75-68. Bonner tallied a double-double with 38 points and 15 rebounds, along with three assists in the win. To close out the week, CBK Mersin was victorious against Ormanspor in Game 3 of the Semifinal series, winning the match-up 80-51. Bonner notched another double-double with 15 points, 13 rebounds and two assists in the victory. CBK Mersin won the series 3-0 and will move on to play Fenerbahce in the Turkish League Finals this week. Game 1 of the Turkish League Finals is on May 10 at 12:00 P.M. EST. Later in the week, Bonner and CBK Mersin take on Fenerbahce in Game 2 of the Finals on May 12 at 12:00 P.M. EST. To close out the week, Bonner and CBK Mersin play Fenerbahce in Game 3 of the Turkish League Finals on May 15 at 8:00 A.M. EST.
