Erie Otters News Release
Erie, Pennsylvania - The Erie Otters Hockey Club rang in the New Year the same way it has for eight years - named Erie Reader's Best of Erie 2021.
The Otters, celebrating the 25th Anniversary Season, were honored in the following categories by the Best of Erie 2021:
Best Team to Root For - WINNER
Best Place For A First Date - FINALIST
Since the conception of the 'Best of Erie' awards in 2014, the Otters have been named "Best Team to Root For" every year. Nominations, winners, and finalists are all decided by the Erie Community, and announced in an annual special edition print of the Erie Reader magazine.
Jaime Cieszynski, Director of Business Operations for the Otters, expressed gratitude to the community for honoring the organization.
"We are humbled to be named 'Best of Erie' again this season. It means even more to know that it's voted on by our fans, partners, and residents of our hometown." said Cieszynski. "Nothing means more to us than wearing "Erie" on our jerseys."
Fans interested in seeing other categories and winners can do so online or pick up a copy at Country Fair, Plymouth Tavern, The Brewerie at Union Station, Erie Federal Credit Union, and other Otters' partners.
