Attack Response to New Capacity Restrictions

January 5, 2022 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Owen Sound Attack News Release

Owen Sound, Ont. - The province of Ontario announced Monday that no spectators will be allowed into sports and entertainment venues for a period of three weeks commencing on January 5th. Unfortunately, this announcement includes Owen Sound Attack games played at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Communities Centre between now and January 26th.

The affected games are as followed:

SAT. January 8th vs Guelph Storm

SUN. January 9th vs Barrie Colts

SUN. January 23rd vs Sarina Sting

Season ticket members will now be provided a credit for the games where fans are not allowed to attend. The credit will be held in the season ticket account and can be applied towards playoff tickets or a deposit towards their 2022-2023 season tickets membership. Further details or options will be given at a later date.

All single game ticket holders will be contacted by our ticketing team to discuss options available.

Though fans are unable to attend our home games, they can still cheer on the Attack thanks to local television provider RogersTV Grey County (Channel 53), who will continue to broadcast all Attack home games, and radio broadcaster 560 CFOS Bear Radio, who will broadcast the above three home games. Fans can also follow our Stryuk Energy Systems social media for live game updates, along with in-game social contests!

All home and away games are also available online through CHL TV.

We appreciate the patience and support of all Attack fans and look forward to welcoming all of you back safely to the Bayshore to cheer on your Attack!
