Erie Otters News Release

OWEN SOUND, ON - The Otters headed back out on the road this weekend to take on the Attack, playing in Owen Sound Attack two days in a row. The game got off to a slow start, but picked up when former Otter Cade Robinson netted his third of the year to put the Attack ahead 1-0. This was quickly followed by a goal from Nick Suzuki and the Otters finished the period behind by two.

The second period showed improvement from the Otters, doubling their shot count from the first period with eight. Things were going better until Brady Lyle found the back of the net for the Attack, making it a 3-0 game. The period ended without additional scoring, and the teams headed for the locker room seperated by three.

In the third period, the Attack quickly added onto their lead with another goal from Nick Suzuki. The Otters finished out the game heavy offensive pressure, but were unable to convert and dropped this one 4-0.

The Otters will play the Attack again tomorrow in Owen Sound, starting at 2:00PM.
