Ottawa 67's Fall to Otters

Ottawa 67's News Release
It was a tough night in the Urbandale center with the 67's suffering a 5-2 loss against the talented Erie Otters. The Otters jumped out with an early lead in the first period and even though our boys fought back, they just couldn't manage to even up the score. Despite the loss, the 67's still sit atop the east division ahead of rivals Peterborough and Kingston.
The first intermission pitted two teams against each other in a wrap race sponsored by Caradonna Designs whereby contestants had to wrap a car. Everybody came out a winner, especially the crowd who cheered on our contestants.
The second intermission featured a future 67's game that saw the Leitrim Hawks take the ice. The 67's better be ready because these Hawks are going to be tough competition in a few years!
Join us Sunday, February 21st as our boys face divisional rival the Peterborough Petes. Don't forget to bring a pair of socks in support of the Ottawa Mission. Keep an eye out for us as we'll be writing to you, as always, from "In the Stands!" GO 67's GO!

Our fans of the game are Connor and Elaina. The young fans had a great time at the game last night and left with smiles on their faces. Thanks for coming out!
Our season ticket holder of the game is Dennis Murphy. Dennis has been a season ticket holder for about 12 years now. He loves coming to the games because he gets to see the best team in the OHL in action. Dennis' favourite player is 67's alumni Rodney Bauman. Thanks for all the support Dennis!
Our group of the game is the Novice West End Killer Bees. These guys really rocked the house and kept their section jumping. Good luck in your season guys and don't forget to keep cheering!
Our player profile is No. 83, Cody Ceci. Cody did it all last night playing great shutdown defence and even chipping in on offence when he assisted Corey Cowick's second period goal. Waytta go Cody!
