Oshawa Generals Acquire Jason DaSilva

Oshawa, ON "" Oshawa Generals General Manager, Roger Hunt announced today that the Oshawa Generals have acquired playing rights of goaltender Jason DaSilva.

Jason DaSilva is a 5'11", 180 lb. goaltender currently playing with the Guelph Hurricanes. DaSilva has played 13 games in goal for the Hurricanes this season and posted eight wins, four losses, along with one shootout loss and one shutout with a goals against average of 3.12 and save percentage of .900%.

Oshawa Generals General Manager, Roger Hunt says, "This adds to our goaltending tandem. We've got a guy that has played in the OHL and is currently playing Junior B with the Guelph Hurricanes. Jason will remain playing Jr. B in Guelph but will be available should we run into a goaltending issue due to injury."
