Ontario, CA - The Ontario Reign, proud American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL), host the Texas Stars at tonight 7:00 PT at Citizens Business Bank Arena. Tonight is the fourth of six meetings between the two teams this season.

Cooling the Stars:
The Stars enter tonight's contest on a six-game winning streak.
Top Teams Collide:
The Ontario Reign boast the AHL's best goals-against average (1.93) and shots-against average (24.26) while the Stars hold the second-best goals-for average (3.78) and shots-for average (34.02).
Fast Starts are Key:
The Reign hold a 22-0-1-0 record when scoring the first goal of the game and are one of only two teams remaining in the AHL (San Diego) that have not suffered a regulation loss this season when grabbing the opening marker. The Stars have scored 69 goals in the first period, leading the AHL.

Series at a Glance:
The Reign hold a 3-0-0-0 head-to-head record against the Starts this season. After starting the series with a wild 7-6 win at Texas on November 21, the Reign picked up a 3-2 overtime win in Ontario on January 5 and a 2-1 win on home ice on January 17. Forward Nic Dowd leads the Reign with one goal and five assists for six points against the Stars.

The Ontario Reign kickoff a five-game road trip tomorrow, Saturday, February 20 against the San Diego Gulls at 7:05 p.m. at Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California. The journey heads to Texas for a pair of contests against the Texas Stars on February 26 and 27 and San Antonio Rampage on March 6 and March 9.
The Ontario Reign team up with the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley once again for Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley Night on Saturday, March 12 at 6:00 p.m. at Citizens Business Bank Arena. The Reign will wear special paw-print jerseys as they battle their rivals in the San Diego Gulls.
