OL Reign Transfers Forward Zsani Kaján to ACF Fiorentina

SEATTLE, WA - OL Reign today announced that the club has transferred forward Zsani Kaján to ACF Fiorentina of the Women's Serie A league, which involved an agreed upon transfer fee. Per league and club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"Zsani is someone we believe has a bright future, for her to fulfill her potential we felt it was the right decision to get her to a European club where she can play games," said OL Reign head coach Laura Harvey. "We will be following Zsani's journey at Fiorentina and looking forward to her smashing it out there in Italy."
Kaján joined OL Reign as the 8th overall pick in the first round of the 2022 NWSL Draft. The Hungarian international and rookie out of St. John's University did not make an appearance for the Reign this season.
