Today's Game: The Oklahoma City Dodgers close out their series against the Salt Lake Bees at 2:05 p.m. at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The series is tied, 1-1, and the Dodgers have won five of their last six games...Kids can run the bases following today's game.

Last Game: The Oklahoma City Dodgers scored five runs in the eighth inning to erase a four-run deficit and take the lead on the way to a 10-9 win against the Salt Lake Bees Saturday night at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Trailing, 9-5, the first three Dodgers batters of the eighth inning reached base to load the bases for Tomás Telis, who followed with a RBI groundout. Drew Avans then connected on a two-run single to trim Salt Lake's lead to one run. Later in the inning with two outs, Jake Lamb lined a go-ahead two-run single into right field for his fourth hit of the night. Dodgers reliever Carson Fulmer then retired the side in order in the top of the ninth inning to seal the Dodgers' win for his fifth save of the season. The Dodgers had built an early 3-0 lead in the first inning and led, 4-1, after two innings thanks in part to two RBI singles by Stefen Romero. The Bees went on to score six straight runs to take a 7-4 lead. In the bottom of the fourth inning, Zach McKinstry hit a solo home run out to center field. The Bees added two more runs in the seventh inning to extend to a four-run lead before the Dodgers comeback evened up the series with the Bees, 1-1.

Today's Probable Pitchers: Mitch White (0-0) is scheduled to make his is first start and appearance with OKC this season after he was optioned two days ago...White has made nine appearances (four starts) for the Los Angeles Dodgers this season, going 1-1 with a 3.86 ERA over 25.2 innings. He's allowed 12 runs (11 earned) and 19 hits with eight walks and 27 strikeouts, holding opponent to a .202 batting average...In his last outing June 7 at the Chicago White Sox, he started and pitched 5.0 scoreless innings to tie for his longest outing of the season and his third scoreless outing of 2022. He allowed two hits, hit one batter and recorded five strikeouts and did not factor into the decision of the LAD's 4-0 road loss...He recorded a season-high seven strikeouts in his start June 1 against Pittsburgh at Dodger Stadium over 5.0 innings for the first time this season...He split his 2021 season between Triple-A OKC (10 G/7 starts) and the Los Angeles Dodgers (21 G/4 starts) and also made two rehab starts with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga. With OKC, went 1-0 and posted a 1.69 ERA over 32.0 innings. He posted 39 strikeouts against 12 walks, allowed six earned runs over 10 appearances...He made his MLB debut Aug. 28, 2020 at Texas, pitching one scoreless inning of relief with one strikeout (Shin-Soo Choo) to close out the Dodgers' 6-2 loss...White was selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the second round (65th overall) of the 2016 MLB Draft out of Santa Clara University as a redshirt sophomore.

Jon Duplantier (4-0) is scheduled to piggyback White...Duplantier is tied with Sam Gaviglio and Ryan Pepiot for the team lead in wins and owns a 3.24 ERA over 25.0 innings of relief with 14 walks against 25 strikeouts. Opponents have batted just .163...He most recently pitched June 7, following Michael Grove against Sugar Land and allowed one run and one hit in 2.0 innings of relief with two walks and one strikeout...Duplantier was selected by the Dodgers from the Giants in the minor league phase of the Rule 5 Draft Dec. 8, 2021 after he had signed with the Giants just four days prior as a minor league free agent...In 2021, he made a combined seven appearances with Arizona and Triple-A Reno before suffering a season-ending lat strain July 10 against Las Vegas...He was selected in the third round of the 2016 MLB Draft by Arizona out of Rice University.

Against the Bees: 2022: 1-1 2021: 7-5 All-time: 60-56 At OKC: 32-27 The Dodgers and Bees are meeting for the first time in 2022 and for their first of three series this season for a total of 12 games...The Dodgers won last season's series, 7-5, including wins in five of the last six meetings. The road team went 9-3 during the season series and the Bees won four of six in Oklahoma City for their first series win against OKC since 2013...Sheldon Neuse led the Dodgers with 15 hits, 12 runs scored and 13 RBI in the 2021 season series, while Luke Raley and Matt Davidson each racked up 11 RBI. Raley had a team-high four homers...In 2021, the Dodgers outscored Salt Lake, 77-62, and outhit the Bees, 119-110...The Dodgers have won or split the last seven season series with the Bees, posting a 6-0-1 record during that time...Since OKC became affiliated with the Dodgers, the team owns a 21-11 advantage against the Bees in the Triple-A version of the Freeway Series, but are 8-7 at home compared to 13-4 in Salt Lake...The Bees have won five of the last seven games in OKC.

Winning Ways: The Dodgers have won five of the last six games as well as seven of the last nine games and own the best record in the PCL at 36-23, including a 20-12 record at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. With Saturday's win, the Dodgers matched their season-high mark at 13 games above. 500, as they have now won nine of their last 13 games. The last time OKC was 14 games above .500 was June 26, 2018 (43-29)...In today's rubber match, the Dodgers have a chance to secure their eighth series win of the season. The Dodgers are 7-1-3 through their first 11 series of the season.

It Ain't Over 'Til It's Over: Saturday night's win marked the third time in five games during the current homestand Dodgers won after trailing in the eighth inning or later, and the fourth time during the current homestand they at least tied the game when trailing in the eighth or ninth inning. Saturday was also the second time this season the Dodgers won a game in which they trailed by at least four runs, with the other occurring Wednesday against Sugar Land when they trailed, 6-1, but won, 9-8, in 10 innings...Prior to the homestand, the Dodgers had not won a game when trailing after least six innings.

On the Lamb: Jake Lamb finished with a game-high and season-high four hits last night, going 4-for-5 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored. He became the fourth OKC player to record four hits in a game this season and recorded his fifth career game with four or more hits and first since June 4, 2014 with Double-A Mobile at Chattanooga...Lamb has now hit a double in four straight games - tied for the second-longest streak with an extra-base hit by a Dodgers player this season - and he also extended his overall hitting streak to six games (10x25). He has hit safely in nine of his last 10 games (14x39) and in 11 of his last 13 games (17x52)...Lamb has also reached base in 20 of his last 21 games as well as in 35 of his last 37 games. Over the 37-game stretch (beginning April 24), Lamb is slashing .321/.434/.584 with nine homers, nine doubles, 27 walks, 32 RBI and 26 runs scored...He leads OKC with 12 homers and is tied for the team lead with 41 RBI. His 55 hits are tied for second on the team as are his 33 walks...Lamb ranks tied for third in the PCL in walks, tied for fourth in the league in RBI and tied for fifth in homers.

Offensive Boost: OKC's offense broke out with 12 hits and 10 runs Saturday night. It was the team's highest run total in seven games after they also scored 10 runs June 3 in Round Rock (10-4) and their most runs in a game at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark since May 24 when the team scored 14 runs against Reno (14-7). After tallying a combined 13 hits over the previous two nights, OKC reached a double-digit hit total Saturday for just the second time in seven games...The Dodgers continue to lead all of Triple-A with 297 walks and a .371 OBP while they rank second in Triple-A with 381 runs scored and an .824 OPS...Over the last 16 games, the Dodgers are 9-7. In the nine wins, they've batted .288 (89x309) with 68 runs scored (7.6 rpg), notching at least six runs in eight of the nine games.

Zach Attack: Zach McKinstry went 3-for-5, hitting his third home run with OKC this season in the fourth inning. It was McKinstry's 19th multi-hit game of the season - second-most among Dodgers players - and his sixth game with three or more hits. He has picked up two or more hits in nearly half of his 40 games with OKC...His 55 total hits this season are tied for second among OKC players despite only playing in 40 of the team's 59 games...He ranks second in the league in batting average (.344) and OBP (.428).

Walking Papers: Dodgers pitchers issued 11 walks Saturday, matching the team's season high, first set April 7 against Albuquerque. Ironically, the Dodgers won both games. Prior to this season, OKC had not won a game in which the team allowed at least 11 walks since 2013...Entering Saturday, OKC had issued a total of nine walks over the previous three games combined, five walks or less in six straight games and no more than six walks in each the previous 10 games. Last night was the fifth game of this season with 10 or more walks allowed...On the other hand, the Dodgers' offense drew six walks, including three by Ryan Noda, who paces OKC with 36 walks this season. The Dodgers lead all of Triple-A with 297 walks this season, averaging 5.03 per game.

Clearance at JMart: Jason Martin had Saturday off, but on Friday went 1-for-4 with a RBI and a walk. He's now hit safely in five straight games, going 7-for-18 with four extra-base hits and five RBI. Martin is tied for the OKC team lead with 23 extra-base hits and he is tied with a team-leading 11 doubles. His 37 runs scored are tied for second on the team...He ranks among the PCL's top-10 players in triples (T-2nd, 4), runs (T-5th), extra-base hits (T-7th), RBI (8th, 36), OPS (9th, .908) and SLG (10th, .532).

Mighty Miguel: One day after Miguel Vargas' 10-game hitting streak was snapped, he picked up a hit and scored two runs Saturday - including the game-winning run - and has now reached base in his last 12 games for the longest active on-base streak by a Dodgers player...Vargas paces the PCL with 64 hits and 51 runs this season, while his 33 walks are tied for third. Vargas also ranks fourth in the league with both 41 RBI and 108 total bases.

Around the Horn: The Dodgers are 4-2 in series finales in which they have a chance to win the series, including 2-0 in rubber matches...Stefen Romero went 2-for-5 with two RBI Saturday night, driving in a run in each of his first two at-bats, and he also scored a run. He now has 21 RBI in his 20 games with OKC, and in his last seven starts, Romero is 13-for-29 (.448) with two homers, four doubles, eight RBI and five multi-hit games...In the team's last eight games, the Dodgers have scored 33 of their 50 runs from the sixth inning on...Yesterday was the first time since May 22 at Sugar Land the Dodgers scored in the first inning (17 games). The team is now 15-2 when scoring in the first inning....In each of the Dodgers' four Sunday home games, the winning team has scored at least 10 runs and the teams have combined for 75 runs.
