Today's Game: The Oklahoma City Dodgers and Reno Aces meet for a Sunday matinee at 3:05 p.m. CT as they continue their series at Greater Nevada Field. Through four games of their current West Coast road trip, the Dodgers are 2-2, and they are trying to avoid their second three-game losing skid in the last 10 days.

Last Game: Jake Buchanan carried a shutout into the eighth inning, and an early four-run lead for Reno led the way to a 5-2 win over the Dodgers Saturday night at Greater Nevada Field. Buchanan - who spent parts of three seasons with OKC between 2012-14 - kept the Dodgers scoreless over his first seven innings while scattering three singles, with no runners advancing to second base. After a leadoff single by Edwin RÃ-os in the second inning, Buchanan (9-8) proceeded to retire 19 of the next 20 batters. The Dodgers rallied for two runs with two outs in the eighth inning, ending Buchanan's night. He was charged with two unearned runs over a season-high 7.2 innings on five hits - all singles - with one walk and four strikeouts. The Dodgers fell into a 2-0 hole in the first inning. Kevin Cron hit a two-run triple to right-center field to bring home both runs. Ildemaro Vargas added a two-out RBI double in the second inning. A RBI single by Jamie Westbrook in the third inning made it 4-0. In the sixth inning, Vargas added a two-out, broken-bat RBI single. Following an error by Cron with two outs in the eighth, Andrew Toles hit a RBI single to get the Dodgers on the board. Alex Verdugo drew a bases-loaded walk to bring in another run, but the Dodgers ended up leaving the bases loaded to end the inning. Jake Barrett recorded the final four outs to close out the win and earn his sixth save. Kyle Lobstein (0-2) made his first start for OKC since July 4 and took the loss. He allowed five runs and nine hits over 5.1 innings.
