* * *Recent Action: *It was just last night these teams met, with the Oilers
staking a 4-0 lead and holding on for the eventual 5-3 win. The win was
the second straight for the Oilers, the second time they have won
back-to-back games this season. Tulsa has earned eight points in its
last seven games (3-2-2). *First Timer: *The Oilers first goal last night was a first in another
way as well. It was the first pro goal scored by Augie DiMarzo. *Everyone Into The Act: *DiMarzo's goal started a barrage of five
different goal scorers for the Oilers last night. Kevin Hansen, Michel
Beausoleil, Jason Weitzel, and Jeff Christian all scored for the Oilers. *Power Of Three:* Three was a prominent number last night for the
Oilers. Weitzel and Beausoleil each stretched their goal scoring streaks
to three games. Christian had three points (1G, 2A), and that moves him
into third place in the league scoring race with 25 goals and 42 assists
for 67 points. *Next Up: *The Oilers continue a three game homestand against the
Colorado Eagles on Tuesday. Rapid City heads home to face Rocky Mountain
on Wednesday.
