
Oilers Assign Mark Arcobello to Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City - The Edmonton Oilers assigned forward Mark Arcobello to the Oklahoma City Barons.
Arcobello, a 5-9, 165-pounder from Milford, Conn. has played the entire season with the Edmonton Oilers, scoring 18 points (4-14-18) in 41 games. He is the Barons all time leader in goals (50), assists (83) and points (133) while being second in games played (173).
He has performed in the clutch for the Barons in the postseason. Arcobello has appeared in each of the Barons playoff games in franchise history and led the team in scoring during the Barons' run to the Western Conference Finals in each of the last two seasons.
Oklahoma City is in the midst of a four-game road trip. Sunday, February 2 at 1 p.m. and Tuesday, February 4 at 7:30 p.m., the Barons take on division rival the Texas Stars. Friday, February 7 and Sunday, February 9, Oklahoma City travels to Charlotte to take on the Checkers. Faceoff Friday in Charlotte is 6:30 p.m. (ct), while Sunday's game against the Checkers is slated for 12:30 p.m. (ct).
