Oil Kings Single Game Tickets on Sale Now

Edmonton, AB - The time has arrived to secure seats to watch another season of exciting Western Hockey League action, as single game tickets for the Edmonton Oil Kings 2010-2011 season are on sale now.
The NHL stars of tomorrow are waiting to be seen playing for The Other Oil In Town, as tickets for all 36 regular season Oil Kings home games at Rexall Place went on sale today at 10 a.m. They are now available for purchase through Ticketmaster or by calling 780-414-GOAL.
The Oil Kings have switched back to using only the lower bowl, in order to provide a more intimate, high-intensity atmosphere at Rexall Place. Also, the ATB Financial Zone is back to Section 110 this year, which means fans can get the most affordable ticket to an Oil Kings game in the lower bowl at just $15.
As usual with Oil Kings hockey, the fun is non-stop throughout the season, with special events scheduled throughout the calendar. Some old favourites like the Toyota Teddy Bear Toss (Dec. 17 vs. Chilliwack) and Hockey Hooky (Jan. 12 vs. Kootenay) are back, with plenty of new events lined up as well.
The Oil Kings kick off the 2010-2011 WHL regular season on Friday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. against the Red Deer Rebels at Rexall Place. Tickets to the season opener and all other Oil Kings games are available online at oilkings.ca or by calling 780-414-GOAL (4625). Tickets to the fourth annual Oil Kings Preseason Invitational, presented by Elite Sportswear & Awards, to be held Sept. 4-5 at Servus Place in St. Albert, are also available through Ticketmaster.
