
Oil Kings Acquire Gavlas from Pats

(Edmonton, AB) - The Edmonton Oil Kings announced on Friday they have acquired defenceman Parker Gavlas from the Regina Pats.
In exchange, the Pats will receive an 8th round pick in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft.
The 19-year-old Saskatoon, SK native is in his first full WHL season after splitting the 2017-18 campaign between the Pats and the Yorkton Terriers (SJHL).
"Parker injects immediate size into our back end, and also gives us another right handed shot on the blue line.
"We are happy to be able to welcome Parker and his family to the Oil Kings organization."
