
Hurricanes Hold off Hitmen, 4-2

Lethbridge, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes received a first star 34 save performance from goaltender Reece Klassen in a 4-2 win over the Calgary Hitmen on Friday night at the ENMAX Centre.
The Hitmen have now outshot their opponent in all but three games this season only to see their record fall to 5-12-2-0.
The Hurricanes, who never trailed building leads of 1-0 and 3-1, received goals from Jadon Joseph, Calen Addison, Alex Cotton and Zach Cox. Pittsburgh Penguins prospect Jordy Bellerive chipped in a pair of assists.
The Calgary markers came from Luke Coleman and Josh Prokop in a game that saw the Hitmen outshoot the 'Canes 36-19.
Both teams went 0-1 on the power play.
The Hitmen will now prepare to open a home-and-home set with the Kootenay ICE on Sunday, Nov. 11 in a 4:00 p.m. start at the Scotiabank Saddledome. It's Sunday Funday. Activities include face painters, concourse activities, giveaways and a post-game family skate that is FREE with a game ticket. Sunday Funday features a specially priced $9.99 ticket for kids 12 and under and a $14.99 ticket for adults (plus applicable fees and taxes).
The matinee will begin with a special Remembrance Day ceremony observing a moment of silence to mark the sacrifice of the many men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.
