
OF Jesus Sanchez Transferred to Biscuits from A+ Charlotte

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Rays announced on Friday that OF Jesus Sanchez has been transferred to the Biscuits from A+ Charlotte.
Sanchez, 20, has played in 90 games for the A+ Charlotte Stone Crabs where he hit .301 with 10 home runs and a Florida State League-leading 64 RBIs.
Sanchez was also leading the Florida State League in hits with 108 at the time of his promotion, his first to Double-A. The Higuey, Dominican Republic native is the Rays number four overall prospect according to MLB Pipeline.
