Prince George Cougars News Release

PRINCE GEORGE, BC- The Prince George Cougars and the City of Prince George are pleased to announce compensation details for all fans who were in attendance on October 28, when the Cougars were forced to postpone the 3rd period of their game with Everett due to poor ice conditions.

All fans, including Season Ticket Holders, who were in attendance on October 28 are asked to visit Ticketmaster and provide them with your name and phone number. Ticketmaster will then issue a free ticket for the Cougars game on February 27, when the Cats are slated to resume the third period of the postponed game. The 3rd period will be played prior to the start of their regularly scheduled game with the Everett Silvertips.

The Cougars are also working closely with the City to ensure the evening is a great event for the entire family. Details surrounding this promotional evening will be issued at a later date, but promises to be fun for all ages.

"We are pleased to be working with the City to provide first class entertainment for all of our fans. This will be the first four period game in Cougars history, and we are encouraging the community to come out and be a part of this event", says Cougars Business Manager Brandi Brodsky. "We are determined to make this a win-win situation for our organization, the City of Prince George, and most importantly our fans", finishes Brodsky.
