Starting pitchers Matt Bailie of Schaumburg and Brion Treadway of Fargo-Moorhead engaged in a pitcher's duel. Bailie allowed 1 run over six innings, striking out seven, while Treadway went eight innings, yielding a run on just two hits while striking out nine.
