North Divsion Championship Series Set

ST. PAUL, MN (August 24, 2007) - The St. Paul Saints stamped their ticket to the playoffs for the fifth consecutive season with their second half North Division Title on Friday night in Sioux Falls. Now the clash of the two best teams from the North, the Lincoln Saltdogs, winners of the North Division in the first half and Saints will take place in a best of five North Division Championship series.

The Saints and Saltdogs are familiar adversaries, meeting last season in the playoffs with the Saints winning the best of five series in four games. This season the Saints were just 7-12 against the Saltdogs, but won the final two games against them as they were racing to the second half title. The best of five series begins on Monday night August 27 in Lincoln. The schedule is as follows:

Game 1 @ Lincoln, Monday August 27, 7:05 p.m.

Game 2 @ Lincoln, Tuesday, August 28, 7:05 p.m.

Game 3 @ St. Paul, Thursday, August 30, 7:05 p.m.

Game 4 (if necessary) @ St. Paul, Friday, August 31, 7:05 p.m.

Game 5 (if necessary) @ Lincoln, Saturday, September 1, 8:05 p.m.
