North Carolina FC News Release
CARY, N.C. - North Carolina Football Club has partnered with Tribucha, a 100% organic, 100% raw craft brewing kombucha company based out of Raleigh. As a result of the partnership, Tribucha will be named the Official Kombucha of North Carolina Football Club.
"We are honored to partner with this up-and-coming brand," said North Carolina Football Club Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Marketing Steven de Haseth. "Tribucha is a growing local brand promoting a healthy lifestyle which is very much in line with our core values."
As an essential element of the relationship, the Tribucha logo will feature on the sleeve of North Carolina FC jerseys. Fans can also expect to see the partnership come to fruition through on-field signage, social media posts and sponsored events around the triangle.
"We are honored to be one of the first, if not the first kombucha sponsor of professional soccer in the United States," said Tribucha Co-Founder and CEO Adrian Larrea. "Jon and I founded Tribucha with the vision of bringing a healthy and delicious beverage we both loved to the mainstream marketplace,In order to reach its real market potential, we realized that kombucha's health benefits needed to be complemented by a truly flavorful and drinkable beverage, appealing to even the non-traditional kombucha consumer. So, taking lessons from the craft beer industry, we experiment endlessly to create kombuchas that appeal to a wide array of tastes and palates. On another hand, we saw kombucha as a unique vessel for building a company that facilitates conscious, positive connections in both our local and larger communities. In working with artists, musicians, athletes, community leaders, and anyone else with an impetus to get involved, we're working to promote health and well-being wherever we can."
Founded in Raleigh and now brewing in Cary, Tribucha was established in 2014 by childhood friends Adrian Larrea and Jon "Amo" York. Their mission is to set a new standard in brewing the highest quality kombuchas while supporting healthy lifestyles and communities. Their unique brewing process, using 100% organic ingredients, allows them to produce refreshing flavors without the need for added syrups, juices or sugars.
