July 18, 2018 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Nashville SC News Release
As Nashville SC continues to engrain itself in the Nashville community, the club has created yet another opportunity for local soccer talent to get a chance to see what the city's professional soccer team is all about.
The club will hold open tryouts on Saturday, August 25. From aspiring players looking for a chance to fulfill their dream to former professionals looking to prove they've still got it, this will be an opportunity to showcase the latent soccer talent in Music City.
For $125, participants can undergo a training session with the Nashville SC technical department on August 25 with the potential to earn a contract with the club, or be asked to train with the team in the future. After the Saturday training session, the best players will be asked to come back for a second look on Sunday, August 26.
The tryout fee also includes a ticket to Nashville SC's match against Bethlehem Steel on Saturday, August 25 at 7:30 at First Tennessee Park.
This will be Nashville SC's second set of open tryouts. The club held tryouts back in January prior to the start of the USL season.
The tryout will begin promptly at 9:30 AM on August 25. Players will be expected to show up to the field ready to play. Nashville SC will provide soccer balls and hydration, but players need to come ready with any other equipment necessary.
