
NLL Announces All-Star Game Captains
March 1, 2007 - National Lacrosse League (NLL) News Release
The National Lacrosse League has announced the team captains and assistant captains for the 2007 NLL All-Star Game, which will be played at Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon on Saturday, March 10th. Colorado Mammoth forward Gavin Prout will serve as captain for the Western Division squad and John Tavares of the Buffalo Bandits will serve as captain for the Eastern Division All-Stars.
Calgary Roughnecks forward Tracey Kelusky and Arizona Sting defenseman Peter Lough will serve as Assistant Captains for the Western Division All-Star Team. Chicago Shamrox defenseman Cam Woods and Rochester Knighthawks forward Shawn Williams will serve as Assistant Captains of the Eastern Division.
The All-Star Game Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches selected the captains for their respective clubs.
Western Division
Captain - Gavin Prout, Colorado Mammoth
Assistant Captain - Tracey Kelusky, Calgary Roughnecks
Assistant Captain - Peter Lough, Arizona Sting
Eastern Division
Captain - John Tavares, Buffalo Bandits

The All-Star Game will air on VERSUS on Sunday, March 11th at 2:30 PM Eastern.
