Bakersfield Condors Defenseman Nikita Nikitin

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors announced today that D Nikita Nikitin has been assigned to the team by the Edmonton Oilers. In a separate transaction, G Ty Rimmer has been reassigned to Norfolk (ECHL).

Had one assist in seven games with the Oilers after being recalled on Dec. 10
Registered nine points (1g-8a) in 14 games with Bakersfield and was on a five-game point streak at the time of his recall.
MINION BACKPACK CLIP GIVEAWAY SATURDAY
The Condors play their first game of 2016 on Saturday, Jan. 2 at 7 p.m. The first 2,000 kids, 12 and under, will receive a Minions Backpack Clip presented by Energy 95.3 FM. It is also a Bakersfield Hyundai and Denny's Kids Club Night with members receiving free admission to the game. Bakersfield will battle San Jose having won their last four home games.
