New York Red Bulls (7-10-8, 29 pts.) fall to Inter Miami CF (6-14-3, 21 pts.) 2-0 at Red Bull Arena on Saturday night.

Miami opened the scoring in the 37th minute, when Diego Gomez received a ball in the middle of the eighteen from Noah Allen and found the back of the net to take the lead.

Miami doubled their lead late, when Bejamin Cremaschi sent a cross into Lionel Messi, who finished the ball into the open net.

The 26,276 fans in attendance marked the record for a New York Red Bulls match at Red Bull Arena.

New York Red Bulls Captain Sean Nealis made his 100th career MLS appearance.

New York Red Bulls recent signing Jorge Cabezas Hurtado made his first appearance for the club after being subbed on in the 76th minute.
