
New York Begins Two-Match Homestand, Starting with FC Cincinnati on Saturday

HARRISON, N.J. -The New York Red Bulls (10-8-7, 37 pts.) will begin a two-match homestand, starting on Saturday, August 20 against FC Cincinnati (8-8-9, 33 pts.) at Red Bull Arena. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. ET with coverage on MSG, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
Coverage on MSG begins at 5:30 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Steve Cangialosi will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras.
New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 5 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley. Stefano Fusaro will carry the Spanish play-by-play responsibilities, beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET.
This will be the ninth overall MLS regular season meeting between New York and Cincinnati, the Red Bulls lead the series with a 4-2-2 mark, including a 2-1-1 mark at Red Bull Arena. The Red Bulls have posted an 8-2-2 record this season when scoring the first goal of the match. FC Cincinnati comes into the match sitting in ninth place of the Eastern Conference with 33 points and are on a four-match unbeaten streak.
Defender Kyle Duncan made his return to the Red Bulls on loan from K.V. Oostende in Belgium on August 13. The defender spent four seasons with New York, where he appeared in 73 matches and recorded five goals and ten assists. Duncan has scored one goal and tallied two assists in four career matches against FC Cincinnati. He scored the game-winning goal in New York's home opener against FC Cincinnati on March 1, 2020.
Following Saturday's match, the Red Bulls will welcome Inter Miami CF to Red Bull Arena on Saturday, August 27. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET with coverage on MSG, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
