Never Been Done: "Day/Night" Double Header

The reason for this double-header was in result of a recent rainout these two teams faced during a 4-game series in Lakewood, NJ this past week. Your Shorebirds are very excited to provide the fans of Delmarva with a full day of baseball, not too mention a refreshing offer Fans will receive during Game #2. All night long Fans can enjoy a hand-dipped ice cream or Italian Ice for ONLY $1.00 (7:05pm game only) - that is something to scream about!

In recent history a "day/night" Double-Header has never been scheduled for Arthur W. Perdue Stadium and the club is very excited to have this opportunity for the fans.

Important Notice to Fans Attending the 11:05am Game: Your ticket for Wednesday's first game (11:05am - June 14, 2006) can be used as your coupon for Game 2, allowing you only to pay a buck for the second game. Game #2 will only cost $1 if you attended Game #1 and show the Box Office your ticket stub.

Important Notice for Season Ticket Holders: Your one ticket is good for both games!

Game #1 will start at the regularly scheduled time of 11:05am and gates will open 10:00am. Game #2 will start at 7:05pm and gates will open 6:00pm. We'll see you on Wednesday, enjoy the double dose of Shorebirds Baseball, You Better Believe It!
