Nerlens Noel to Host Ice Cream Social for B+ Heroes

NEWARK, DEL.-February 27, 2014- The Delaware 87ers announced today Nerlens Noel will host an ice cream social on Pediatric Cancer Awareness Night for B+ (positive) H eroes of the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation on Friday, February 28 at 7:00 p.m. when they host the Sioux Falls Skyforce at the Bob Carpenter Center.
As a part of the evening, the first 100 fans who make a $20 contribution to the B+ Foundation will receive access to an exclusive halftime autograph session with Noel.
All tickets to this game will be $15 and a portion of those proceeds will benefit the B+ foundation. The Sevens will wear themed B+ jerseys, which fans will be able to bid on during an in-game silent auction, the proceeds from which (along with any cash donations) will be donated back to the B+ Foundation in support of pediatric cancer. In addition, all fans will receive a complimentary B+ T-shirt and the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a Sevens team card set, presented by ATI Physical Therapy.
87ers regular season home games can be heard on 91.3 FM WVUD Sports. Away games can be viewed via YouTube on the NBADL YouTube channel.
