PITTSBURGH (March 13, 2015) - The Pittsburgh Riverhounds are pleased to announce that former University of Virginia goalkeeper Calle Brown and Haitian forward Max Touloute have agreed terms for the 2015 USL season.

Brown led the Cavaliers to the NCAA Division I national title last December. The 6-foot-5-inch stopper was named as the College Cup's most valuable defensive player after recording shutouts against the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in the semi-final and UCLA in the championship decider.

Touloute played college soccer at IPFW after being raised in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was named as the Summit League's offensive player of the year during his senior season after leading the conference in goals scored and assists. He spent last summer playing for Reading United in the USL PDL's Mid Atlantic Division and most recently featured for the Missouri Comets indoor soccer franchise.

"Calle has great size and is a great shot stopper," said Riverhounds head coach Mark Steffens. "He's a goalkeeper with a big upside.

"Max is a hard working striker or winger who plays well on both sides of the ball and is a good finisher."

Brown, a native of Leesburg, Va., provides vital backup for the Riverhounds this summer with Jamaican national team goalkeeper Ryan Thompson expected to miss time due his country's commitments in the Concacaf Gold Cup and Copa America tournaments.
