What's the word around Nashville?
Jeff Hem (@JeffHemPBP)
Huge performance by Tim Dillard. @nashvillesounds still short on fresh arms and used a position player on the mound last night in the 9th. Tonight Dillard went 6 1/3 innings of 2-run ball and fanned a season-high 7 on 98 pitches. 5-2 lead in the 7th with Locke St. John coming in.
John Blake (@RangerBlake)
Rangers have selected RHP Peter Fairbanks from Nashville. LHP Joe Palumbo has been optioned to Frisco. RHP Nick Gardewine has been designated for assignment to make room on 40-man roster. Fairbanks is looking to make ML debut.

Going to be completely honest here: @TitosVodka Tail Waggin' Tuesdays might be our favorite day at the ballpark.
Just sayin'. A portion of each ticket sold for June 18 will benefit Ryan Animal Rescue Foundation (@RealLoganRyan): atmilb.com/2SJ9q7k
