MINNEAPOLIS, Min. - Nashville Soccer Club earned its second consecutive result to open the 2022 Major League Soccer season with a 1-1 draw on Saturday night at Minnesota United FC. Forward CJ Sapong found the back of the net in the fifth minute of action for Nashville's lone goal in a match that saw an hour-long weather delay.
Hot Start: Nashville SC's 1-1 draw on Saturday night set its road record to 1W-0L-1D in 2022. The four points on the road through two matches is the most to start a season in club history.
