Nashville SC News Release


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 28, 2023) - Nashville Soccer Club will visit the New York Red Bulls in Harrison, NJ, for its first road match of the 2023 Major League Soccer season which is set to take place at 6:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, March 4.

Nashville SC will host its weekly matchday-2 media availability at approximately 12 p.m. CT on Thursday. The in person and Zoom availability will feature Head Coach Gary Smith and former New York Red Bulls Captain Sean Davis, who spent seven seasons with the Red Bulls and led them to the playoffs each year before signing with Nashville SC in January 2022.

Nashville SC is coming off a spectacular opening weekend after defeating New York City FC 2-0 at GEODIS Park. Walker Zimmerman got the party started with a goal in the first half, while Jacob Shaffelburg secured the insurance goal off a Hany Mukhtar assist in the 80th minute.
